BT Broadband offers packages ranging from £15.99/mo. (via a cashback offer for the first 3 months, then you pay £17.99/mo. after that), to £27.99/mo. (for first 3 months, then £29.99/mo.). All of their packages offer lightning-fast speeds of 2MB, and come with added features like a free modem and free songs from iTunes. You also get at least 5 E-mail accounts with 2GB of storage each. This is much more than most internet service providers offer for such a cheap price.
Trial Period
There is no trial period at BT Broadband to speak of.
Setup
With BT Broadband, setup is a snap. There is no fee for installation or activation. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the installation disk they send you after you sign-up. The only requirements are that you have a BT phone line, and that your computer can handle the installation.
Access Numbers
As long as you have a BT phone line, there is no worry about access numbers.
Tech Support
BT Broadband is known for excellent support. With such a large customer base, you’d think that they might be a little stringent on their support, but they know that most customers value an internet service provider who can help when there are problems at hand. With their Basic and Broadband packages, you have to pay 50p/min. for telephone support, but with their Yahoo! Broadband packages it’s only 3p/min.

Simply connect your modem and follow the instructions that the disk provides.

BT Broadband offers 5 E-mail addresses with their Basic and Broadband packages, each with 2GB of storage. This more than most internet service providers.
Cancellation
There is no problem with canceling a BT Broadband package. All you need to do is give them 8 days’ notice of the cancellation, and unless you’re under a term contract, they will cancel your service with no penalty.
